The standard grade on our cycle stands is 304 stainless, this is the most popular grade of stainless steel and is noted for its excellent corrosion resistance, durability and is suitable to be placed in the vast majority of environments without any further protection needed. If you are using the cycle stands in a costal environment we do offer a 316 grade option available on request. Unlike other grades of stainless steel the 316 grade can be exposed to salt water and chemicals without showing any signs of corrosion. Common place for 316 grade is in swimming pools and also in coastal towns all across the world.
